David Neff announced President, effective April 1st. Matthew Bastian to remain CEO.
ICS Corporation (ICS) today announced the appointment of David Neff as President, effective April 1, 2023. Neff currently serves as Director of Business Development & Owner, a role he has held since 2005. He will take over as President from Matthew Bastian, who has served as the company’s President & CEO since 1996.
In David’s 22 years at ICS, he has managed the sales team, and client services team, but most importantly David has made an impact with our employees, business partners, and clients. David is a seasoned leader in the Direct Mail industry with 20+ years of experience delivering solutions to clients.
John Staudenmayer, Vice President of Operations stated, “Dave’s track record and achievements speak for themselves. I know Dave loves a challenge. He enjoys being uncomfortable in his endeavors. He is a risk taker and willing to double down on himself and ICS.”

Bastian, current CEO and President will remain active as CEO. During Bastian’s 27-year tenure, ICS has grown into the company it is today. In 2022, ICS produced the most pieces in its entire history, surpassing 1 billion pieces.
