We use a Multi-Aggregated Data Entity (MADE) to track job progress and production. MADE is a data-driven tool that allows us to optimize scheduling for production, make real-time decisions based on historical data and enable real-time tracking of job progress. MADE measures several factors — such as job production speed, inventory status, ink coverage and data processing time.
Through these insights, we are able to offer suggestions for program optimization as well as individual campaign adjustments. Plus, the insights allow us to suggest process improvements and enhance speed to market.
